Weekly Schedule - effective November 1, 2017


Private Sessions


Private lessons allow flexible scheduling and specially designed custom curriculum for each student. These programs are for individuals (or small groups who share a common schedule and goals.)

Lessons may be booked one at a time, or scheduled to repeat on a regular basis, such as once or twice per week.
To accommodate foreign and out-of-town students who visit for days, weeks or months, blocks can be set aside for short-term intensive training.

Group Practice Sessions


Group practice sessions are free for students who are currently attending weekly private lessons. Others may also join the group programs at regular rates.

Tai Chi Workout


A gentle and easy-to-follow workout for students of all levels.

Thursdays
6:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Saturdays
9:00 AM - 10:00 AM

Martial Arts Practice


This includes the 1-hour Tai Chi Workout, plus an hour of practical martial arts training.
